Hypno-Elevate is a business owned solely by A-yia Thoj, C.Ht. offering hypnotherapy, reiki and spiritual medium services. Currently, Hypno-Elevate is only providing tele-health services via Zoom, Facebook Messenger or telephone; with rare circumstances, in-person services can be made available for those in the Los Angeles Greater Metro Area. What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
At Hypno-Elevate, confidentiality and security are at the top of our priorities list.
- All visitors will have traffic and browsing data collected so that we may better understand how the website is being used from the general public. This information may be used to improve the site navigation and user experience.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
- Potential clients: Hypno-Elevate may request to collect personally identifiable information such as name, age, birthdate, presenting issues, history of the issues, family status, etc. with the intention of using this information only for your successful treatment. Any such data, once processed will be deleted from our online servers. We will never sell or use your data beyond creating a client chart for the treatment of your presenting issues.
- Blog Readers may be requested to submit personally identifiable information such as name and email address. When blog readers leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
- An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
